It began in 1995 as Xiaoshan Rongsheng Textile, founded by Li Shuirong and partners, and has its headquarters in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou; it has been listed in Shenzhen since 2010. In 2025 its revenue was 308.6 billion yuan and its net profit 848 million yuan. Its production bases include the integrated refining and petrochemical complex of Zhejiang Petrochemical, and Rongsheng is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group.
