About the company

New H3C supplies digital infrastructure, from servers and networking equipment to storage, cloud and security products, plus technical services. H3C was Hewlett-Packard’s Chinese server, storage and technology business until Unisplendour bought 51 per cent of it in May 2015 for 2.3 billion dollars; it now describes itself as a core company of the New Unisplendour Group. It has one headquarters on Changhe Road in Binjiang and another in Beijing. In May 2024 HPE announced that Unisplendour would buy a further 30 per cent of H3C for 2.1 billion dollars.
