About the company

MYbank is an internet-only bank that lends to small businesses, online sellers and farmers, with no branches and no cash services. It was approved on 27 May 2015 and opened on 25 June 2015 with registered capital of 4 billion yuan, as one of the first five privately owned pilot banks in mainland China. Its head office is in the Delixi Building on Xueyuan Road in Xihu District. Ant Group is its largest shareholder with 30 per cent; other shareholders include Wanxiang Sannong and Fosun.
