About the company

Zheshang Securities is a brokerage offering securities trading, asset management and futures through more than a hundred branches in 23 Chinese provinces and regions. It was established on 9 May 2002 and took the name Zheshang Securities in August 2006; its head office is at 201 Wuxing Road in Shangcheng District. In 2025 operating income rose 36 per cent to 8.84 billion yuan and net profit rose 24.9 per cent to 2.41 billion yuan. In June 2017 it became Zhejiang’s first state-controlled securities firm to list in Shanghai; its subsidiaries include Guodu Securities and Zheshang Futures.
