Zhiweiguan知味观

Zhiweiguan runs restaurants and snack shops serving Hangzhou dishes and snacks such as xiaolong buns and cat’s-ear pasta, and makes packaged foods. Sun Yizhai from Shaoxing opened it in 1913 as an eatery called 知味馆, and its flagship restaurant stands at 83 Renhe Road. In 2007 the brand set up Hangzhou Zhiweiguan Food Co. to make and sell food products. Zhiweiguan has outlets in Hangzhou, Shanghai and the surrounding region and holds the ‘China Time-honoured Brand’ title.
